Last night a few of us got together at a friends house and shot some stuff with a variety of different guns. It was pretty neat.
I don't think I've shot a gun since I was a kid. Happy to report I didn't shoot anyone or injure myself.

I don't like them. Never have. Reminded myself again today when I found some left over in the fridge. There are very few foods that I won't eat. I've tried adding many different things to them but still can't tolerate them.

We don't eat a whole lot of meat and rarely eat steak but tonight was the rare occasion and I grilled bacon wrapped filets and potatoes. Both came out great which is rare for me.

Nova and I took the Grand-kids to see the Lorax in 3d. Pretty good movie. My first 3d movie. I was impressed.

Played at the park a couple different times with the kids today. Ally made pizza for lunch in her Easy Bake oven. We also went for a couple bike rides.

We celebrated Nova's and Dad's birthdays tonight. We had a "Mexican fiesta" followed by cake and ice cream.

Jon and Donnita came up this weekend. We went out to eat, exchanged gifts and played soccer, basketball and football with the balls the kids received from them.

45 minutes before show time we decided to go see Brian Setzer one of my favorite guitarists. We took a chance on getting tickets at the door and managed to get front row seats that someone else had canceled. Brian and the rest of the band put on a great show. The concert was held in Wichita's historic Orpheum Theater which made it even better.
